Penelope has over 25 Years working in the Corporate field, moving through the ranks to Senior Executive Management.

She bring to her training a wealth of business experience, providing practical strategies, hints and tips to ensure your training is not only effective , but also realistic and relevant to todays business world.

Penelope is a Certified Trainer and Assessor and facilitates both Accredited Training Programs and Professional Development programs. She is also a Certified Trainer for the Marcus Buckingham Companys "Strengths Based Training Programs.

Penelope remains very active in the Business Community having served on several Committee and Not For Profit Boards. She is currently President of the Townsville Business Womens Network, and served on the Townsville Chamber of Commerce Executive from 2007-2011.
